CIPAFilter’s reporting and bandwidth management system allows an administrator to
monitor the Internet activity and identify top users and protocols as well as control
bandwidth usage and throttle traffic by protocol/IP subnet, or prioritize traffic and
provide QOS as needed. This system also provides all the tools necessary to identify
what a user’s web activity has been, including web-sites visited, key-words used on
search engines, and monitor who is tripping the content filter, and much more, in an
easy yet effective manner.

CIPAFilter wants to provide all the necessary and pertinent information needed to identify inappropriate web-activity, yet keep simplicity in mind. The reporting is a comprehensive system, easily navigated, and very intuitive.
Bandwidth ControlThe CIPAFilter bandwidth control is designed to provide complex bandwidth management needs in an easyto- manage solution, without difficult configuration parameters and extensive training required. This allows an administrator to allow various speeds for upload and downloads, based on various variables, including common applications such as Chat, P2P, and Audio/Video Streaming. Default common rules are included by default, ensuring the a user will not need to create custom rules for most common traffic, and instead focus on configuration pertaining to their own network.
Quality of ServiceTraffic prioritization and QOS capabilities are built-in, and allow for prioritization of important traffic, such as VOIP or certain Audio/Video Streaming sessions and applications. This will help ensure users do not use bandwidth at the expense of other more important Internet applications.
